Hi everyone!! This week was amazing and I feel so super blessed for all of you. It was soooo good to talk to my family! For my birthday my comp did literally everything to make it such a special day and woke me up with a cupcake lit on fire and all my favorite candy! We got to visit the family we are marrying and make plans for the wedding and then that night the ward gave me a surprise party which was soooo sweet and hilarious. I think my mom put the video on my blog.
We also went to the mission council and got trainings that we will bring to our zones tomorrow. This week we are making divisions as well!
We spent Christmas with a family of recent converts and shared a message with the party they had at their house. Irma Valda bought me a new dress that matches my companions so now we are literally twins!!
This week we are baptizing Milena and Sara!!! They are two sweet amazing girls that we've been working with and are super excited to finally be baptized.
I love how every New Year we can make new goals and start over... this week my comp are making goals and following the advice of Sister Castro by establishing one attribute of our Savior we are going to try and develop this year. I love what President Ballard said 'we can be the masters of our own destiny by practicing self discipline and setting goals that will lead to a higher ground so that we can become what our Heavenly Father wants us to become.` Set goals for reading your scriptures, praying, and coming to know Christ this year like never before.
You guys are all the best! Don't ever forget that!
Talk to you next year!!! :))
